On this page, you are looking at the Cusco Air Suction Pipe Kit. The Cusco Air Suction Pipe Kit is a direct factory replacement component that enhances air intake efficiency. Since naturally aspirated applications are very sensitive to modifications, certain aspects such as air intake is a critical factor in performance enhancement.
By providing a smoother internal intake wall lining than the OEM factory ribbed design, a significant increase in air intake velocity can be realized. Smooth, transitional airflow equals less turbulence. The aluminum pipe is a direct replacement of the factory piece where the air intake filter box is retained in its original position.
To make this product 100% factory replacement, the OEM "Sound Creator" pipe was still made to be compatible with the aluminum air suction pipe. The sound creator function can also be eliminated by installing a bung to the port, completely sealing off any air flow to the air intake system.
