How long does it take to ship my order?
During normal business hours Monday through Friday it can take 24-48 hours for in stock items to ship. During and after holidays and large sales this can extend up to 72 hours due to workload and high volume. Be sure to check all USPS, UPS and Fedex holidays as well.
If an item is marked as "ships from manufacturer", most manufacturers are not as fast as we are, so it could take a little longer, especially if the item is not in stock.
How will I know that my order(s) have shipped?
You will received emails for each item in your order when it ships. Please be sure that these emails are not going to your SPAM or JUNK folder to ensure for clear communication.
Why am I missing items from my shipment?
We do our best to ship all products together, but since we work with a large network of distributors around the US, that is not always possible.
In stock items will ship immediately, and if an item is out of stock, we will be sure to contact you to arrange for an alternative if needed.
How long should I wait for a reply?
Please wait up to 24 hours for a response for an email. Due to high volume of order inquires, technical support and sales questions, we are doing all we can to ensure emails are replied to ASAP and in the order of which they were received.
Be sure that you are entering your email address correctly, many times we have had forms submitted with small errors in the email addresses, which will cause our responses to bounce.
