Order Acceptance Policy

You agree that your order is an offer to buy the Products listed in your order under these Sales Terms. All orders must be accepted by New Provisions Racing. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error , we shall have the right to refuse and cancel any orders placed for the product that was listed at the incorrect price. We may choose not to accept abnormal orders, potentially fraudulent orders or incorrectly priced orders. After having received your order, we will send you an acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order without being liable for damages or costs.


All in-stock items will be shipped immediately regardless of stock status of other items in your order. Due to the speed as which our system works, cancelling an item that is in stock, is not guaranteed. Please ensure your order is correct before placing it. We are not responsible for orders that have shipped or been processed prior to a cancellation request. To inquire about cancelling an order please CONTACT US with your full name, order number, reason for cancelling and the part(s) you wish to have canceled. Your contact to us is ONLY A REQUEST and cannot be guaranteed. A 6% fee will apply to the cancellation of ALL orders that are listed as in stock, ships from manufacturer or backorder.

There is no exception to the 6% fee on the cancellation of items that are in stock or marked as BACKORDER.

Items not marked as on BACKORDER but that have been agreed by the customer to be waited on will incure a 6% cancellation fee if the customer chooses to cancel the order at a later date.

Special order items are non-cancelable and non-returnable

Change of address

Changing the address to one that is not on the order will have an additional charge of $20. Once the has left the building, UPS or Fedex address change requests run $45 per package and are not guaranteed. We will only charge you the reroute fee if the change is successful. Addresses will not be changed for new first time customers as this protects you and us against possible fraud situations.

Returned Shipment Due to Customer Request or Error

New Provisions will do their best to ensure all packages reach the customer on the first shipping attempt even if the customer provided the wrong shipping address. If an order is returned to sender due to an error in the shipping address that the customer provided. It is the customers responsibility to cover the return shipping fees as well as the cost to ship the package a second time. If the address error is in part of New Provisions Racing shipping it incorrectly, New Provisions Racing will pay to reship the package a second time at no additional cost to the customer.

Multiple orders and shipping refunds

If you placed multiple orders and the sum of these orders qualify for free shipping, we unfortunately cannot refund you the cost you paid for shipping. Please take the time to make sure you have everything you need in one order. Often times our order processing has already occurred and packages are shipped prior to receiving your email about combining orders.

Shipping Carriers and Speeds

New Provisions Racing ships via multiple carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL. We understand that different carriers charge different fees for international customers so please let us know if you prefer a specific carrier. We strive to provide you with the best customer service in this industry. Orders can take up to 12 hours to process. Transit times may vary based on your geographical location. Shipping cutoff for NPR is 3pm EST. Large items such as hoods, trunks, fendors, seats, etc, are subject to oversize package fees that will need to be collected after an order is placed, these fees will be collected before we can process your order for shipping.

Free Shipping is only available to the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii and United States Territories are exempt from free shipping promotions.  UPS Ground is not a guaranteed shipping service and is NOT an expedited shipping service. At checkout UPS Ground is the same as Free USPS / Fedex / UPS Ground Shipping. There is no advantage of paying for UPS Ground vs. Free UPS/Fedex/USPS Ground ShippingIf you have the option of Free Shipping, please select Free Shipping. 

Expedited Shipping Expedited Shipping options available at checkout are UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver. 

As of March 26, 2020 UPS Service Guarantee has been suspended in the wake of the Coronavirus Pandemic. Any and all payments towards expedted shipping will be non-refundable

Fast N Flat Rate Shipping This is NOT an expedited shipping option. This is a shipping option that we added to help reduce the shipping costs for orders that are under $200. There is NO advantage of selecting this option at checkout for orders that are over $200. Please refer back to our Free Shipping section, if you have the option of free shipping, please select free shipping

International Customer & Orders - Shipping Quotes

Please know that we work with multiple distrubtion centers across the United States. If your order contains items that are split among these warehouses, we will combine all items to a single location before shipping. Doing this will save you multiple customs fees and will ensure your order arrives in a single shipment. We do not and will not make partial shipments internationally. Because of this, please allow for an extra 2-3 business days but up to 7 business days to this item consolidation.

As specified above free shipping is only available to the continental United States. If applicable, additional fees (brokerage, duties, taxes) are collected with your local government/shipping company upon delivery and are not included in the shipping price paid. If you have any questions, please ask in advance. It is very import you do your research when purchasing internationally.

International customers are responsible for ALL import fees including taxes, brokerages and duty fees.

Damaged Items

If you receive a part that is damaged, DO NOT have them installed, please use the Contact Us tab or email us at ASAP so that we can get the damaged item back and have a replacement shipped out. By installing damaged parts, regardless of when the item has been documented damaged will NOT be eligible for returns or exchange.

Most body part companies like Seibon will require 24 hour notice of any damage, please report all damage to your delivery driver / company who delivered your Seibon product.

Inventory / Product Availability

We cannot guaranteed product availability. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, cease to make available any product(s) and/or cancel any order.

Google does not know our inventory. Google SEO is a complicated search engine and even if Google shows that we have a product "In Stock", we are not responsible for Googles misrepresentation of inventory levels.

New Provisions Racing does not list inventory status for all items. You will be able to see inventory status on select products that are in high-demand. If you have any questions about a product and if it is a available, please contact us directly at


Not exactly what you thought it would be or didn't end up needing it? We accept returns  that meet the following criteria.

  • Item(s) that have been received in the last 30 days
  • Product must be in original packaging and in new condition.
  • Any product that was used or partially installed is non-returnable
  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to ALL returns / exchanges that are not due to error of New Provisions Racing or the manufacturer of the item(s)
  • Must be given an RMA# from our sales team, any return without an RMA will be denied
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Can I refuse delivery of the package / order that I wish to return?

You certainly can do this, but know that return shipping has to be paid for somehow. The shipping carrier typically bills us the return shipping fees. If you choose to refuse the delivery of your package you will be charged the standard 15% restocking fee + the cost of the return to shipper (RTS) fees that are billed to us by the shipping carrier. Refunded amount will be the amount you paid minus the restocking fees and minus the RTS fees.

Note: If an item was shipped directly to you from factory we will work with you on the return of the product to their location. Higher restocking fees may apply for these items of returns. We only pass on the cost charged to us.

All products carry the Manufacturer's warranty. New Provisions Racing is a distributor/reseller of these items and does not manufacture parts in any way. In the unfortunate event of any product failure, all warranty claims must be made through the products original manufacturer and we will be glad to assist with it. Each manufacturer has different guidelines so we appreciate your patience in handling these claims but will do our best to get you a resolution as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, accidents do happen. If we sent you the wrong parts, New Provisions Racing will cover all shipping charges in this situation to make it right. However, we cannot cover 3rd part charges such as labor charges associated with incorrect  parts. Please double check to make sure you've received the correct item before taking them anywhere to have them installed.

All items should be inspected and verified they are correct and undamaged upon receipt. New Provisions Racing is not responsible for incorrectly shipped items or damaged items after 45 days from the time of delivery. 



New Provisions Racing requests your basic contact information such as name, address, email address, and telephone number in order to properly fill your order. We will never sell, give, or provide this information to any other agency. We get spam e-mail, junk mail, solicitors, and telemarketers too and know how frustrating they can be. We protect your information, so when you place an order with us you can rest assured that it is kept safe and confidential. All credit card transactions are processed on a secure server.


Once an item is returned, your refund and the way your refund is issued will vary depending on the condition of the item and the overall age of the order. Your refund will be issued minus whatever restocking/shipping fees were specified upon receiving your RMA# and return information. Order cancellations will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee.
Note: It may take between 3-5 business days before your return is received, inspected, and processed.

How Refunds are Issued:
Refunds will be issued to which ever method used to pay. New Provisions Racing will not refund an account we do not have on file or any other separate accounts.
• Refunds issued by Credit Card take 3-5 business days to show on the customers end.
• Refunds by PayPal take 1-2 business days to show on the customers end.

Partial Refunds and Restocking Fees:
As specified in our Returns Policy the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees on a return. All returns are subject to a restocking fee. Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to an New Provisions Racing error will be charged a restocking fee of 20%.
