All in-stock items will be shipped immediately regardless of stock status of other items in your order. Due to the speed as which our system works, cancelling an item that is in stock, is not guaranteed. Please ensure your order is correct before placing it. We are not responsible for orders that have shipped or been processed prior to a cancellation request. To inquire about cancelling an order please CONTACT US with your full name, order number, reason for cancelling and the part(s) you wish to have canceled. Your contact to us is ONLY A REQUEST and cannot be guaranteed. A 6% fee will apply to the cancellation of ALL orders that are listed as in stock, ships from manufacturer or backorder.
If you order and cancel a product/order, it costs us money in time and labor to process this request, plus processing fees from the payment merchant.
There is no exception to the 6% fee on the cancellation of these items.
Items not marked as on BACKORDER but that have been agreed by the customer to be waited on will incure a 6% cancellation fee if the customer chooses to cancel the order at a later date.
Special order items are non-cancelable and non-returnable
Not exactly what you thought it would be or didn't end up needing it? We accept returns that meet the following criteria.
Can I refuse delivery of the package / order that I wish to return?
You certainly can do this, but know that return shipping has to be paid for somehow. The shipping carrier typically bills us the return shipping fees. If you choose to refuse the delivery of your package you will be charged the standard 15% restocking fee + the cost of the return to shipper (RTS) fees that are billed to us by the shipping carrier. Refunded amount will be the amount you paid minus the restocking fees and minus the RTS fees.

***If you'd like to return an item that was paid for with Katapult. We require payment of the 15% restocking fee upfront prior to shipping the item(s) back to us. Once the item(s) are returned, we will keep the 15% secondary payment as the restocking fee and refund the full amount of the original purchase back to you via Katapult.
Note: If an item was shipped directly to you from factory we will work with you on the return of the product to their location. Higher restocking fees may apply for these items of returns. We only pass on the cost charged to us.
Unfortunately, accidents do happen. If we sent you the wrong parts, New Provisions Racing will cover all shipping charges in this situation to make it right. However, we cannot cover 3rd party charges such as labor charges associated with incorrect parts. Please double check to make sure you've received the correct item before taking them anywhere to have them installed or modified.
