The install was a lot easier than I anticipated. I'm running this i-pipe with my AWE Touring catback and this intermediate pipe was a direct fit to the OEM J-pipe. The install was a lot easier than I anticipated. I'm running this i-pipe with my AWE Touring catback and this intermediate pipe was a direct fit to the OEM J-pipe. With the pipe going 2.5" to 3" towards the catback, the sound is more pronounced with deeper growl. Even with my Touring muffler, the exhaust pops more with stock tune at around 4,500 RPM in lower gears. Yes, it'll make your car much louder on startup and higher RPM in low gear, but as long as you have mufflers, it's still quiet at highway speeds and never find it obnoxious for long drives. Idling on the driveway has a deeper tone as well. No tune is needed obviously but it'll help which I'll do one day. What I also noticed and is with less restriction, the top end doesn't feel like it's being choked in 4th and 5th gear when accelerating. This is probably one of the best mods if you want an aggressive deeper tone with more pops. It sounds SO much better. And shoutout to Nick for the amazing service as usual!![Customer Photo]()
